- Lead and manage sales efforts in the U.S. for the Commercial & Industrial Bus Duct market to achieve revenue and margin targets.
- Cultivate and expand relationships with key industrial, EPC, and commercial energy customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop technical solutions and ensure alignment with commercial strategies.
- Actively prospect and qualify new sales opportunities while increasing wallet share with existing customers.
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that communicate the value proposition and technical advantages of products.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent outside sales experience accepted.
- Minimum of 5 years of technical/commercial outside sales experience in the electrical infrastructure industry.
- Proven experience working with industrial power generation, pump manufacturers, EPCs, and/or renewable energy developers.
- Strong consultative sales acumen with the ability to lead long sales cycles.
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools and systems.
- Experience with LV/MV equipment, MCCs, bus systems, modular buildings, or integrated solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and align rep agency performance and partnerships.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, including presentation abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits and events.
