- Lead and manage the sales process across the U.S. to achieve revenue and margin targets within the Commercial & Industrial Bus Duct market
- Cultivate and expand relationships with key Industrial, EPC, and Commercial energy customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop technical solutions and proposals that meet customer requirements
- Drive sales pipeline development by prospecting new opportunities and enhancing existing customer relationships
- Maintain market awareness and provide accurate forecasting to inform strategic business decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent outside sales experience accepted
- Minimum of 5 years of technical/commercial outside sales experience in the electrical infrastructure industry
- Proven experience working with Industrial power generation and management, pump manufacturers, EPCs, or renewable energy developers
- Strong consultative sales acumen and ability to lead long sales cycles with multiple partners
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools and systems
- Experience with LV/MV equipment, MCCs, bus systems, and modular buildings
- Strong leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
