What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead and manage the sales process across the U.S. to achieve revenue and margin targets within the Commercial & Industrial Bus Duct market
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with key Industrial, EPC, and Commercial energy customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop technical solutions and proposals that meet customer requirements
  • Drive sales pipeline development by prospecting new opportunities and enhancing existing customer relationships
  • Maintain market awareness and provide accurate forecasting to inform strategic business decisions
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent outside sales experience accepted
  • Minimum of 5 years of technical/commercial outside sales experience in the electrical infrastructure industry
  • Proven experience working with Industrial power generation and management, pump manufacturers, EPCs, or renewable energy developers
  • Strong consultative sales acumen and ability to lead long sales cycles with multiple partners
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools and systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with LV/MV equipment, MCCs, bus systems, and modular buildings
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
