Compensation & Incentives- Base compensation up to $40,000*
- Uncapped commissions with potential earnings of $100,000+ annually
- Monthly and annual performance incentives totaling $20,000+
- Paid training and clear career growth opportunities
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- First 6 months in‑office (Plano, TX) for training and onboarding
- After 6 months:
Hybrid agreed‑upon schedule - After 12 months or upon reaching production goals: 100% remote option
MUST ALREADY HAVE TX PROPERTY & CASUALTY LICENSE

Position Overview
As a Bi‑Lingual Sales Agent, you’ll be responsible for selling Auto, Home, Landlord, and Renters Insurance to new and existing clients. This is a high‑income potential position with a strong base salary and commission structure designed to reward top performers.

- Experienced in insurance sales, preferably Auto, Home, Landlord, and Renters Insurance
