We’re looking for a driven and consultative Sales Executive to join our growing African sales team. This role is focused on winning new mid-market customers by selling Klipboard’s solutions across Africa.

This is an individual contributor role (not people management) and is ideal for someone who thrives in a solution-led sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through to contract close and onboarding, with a strong focus on acquiring new customers in the retail, manufacturing, wholesale and distribution and adjacent sectors.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their business needs and position rKlipboard solutions as a key enabler for new customers.
Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to full ramp up for new opportunities across Africa.
Apply deep industry understanding to design solutions that address operational, compliance, and profitability challenges unique to the customers industry.
Develop and execute strategic territory plans to prioritise high-value targets and verticals.
Segment the market and tailor outreach strategies to different customer profiles.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of pipeline activity in CRM.
Provide regular sales forecasts and performance updates to leadership.
Monitor competitor offerings and market trends to position Klipboard’s solutions effectively.
Share insights with product and marketing teams to refine positioning.
