What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage client relationships and service existing corporate accounts while focusing on new business growth
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize regional and national accounts
  • Meet or exceed sales, gross margins, and expense targets on a quarterly and yearly basis
  • Identify and convert potential new accounts within the assigned territory into profitable sales
  • Promote the employer at trade shows and networking events to enhance market presence
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Post‑secondary Diploma with a Major in Business or equivalent with an emphasis in Marketing/Sales Management preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of direct B2B sales experience
  • Proven track record in sales with a customer‑centric focus
  • Strong negotiation and strategic decision‑making skills
  • Ability to travel (50%) within the region for meetings and events
