Golden Equity Investments is a small, fast-growing real estate investing company looking for a driven, organized, and people-focused Lead Manager to join our team. We’re looking for someone who can engage with people, actively listen, build trust quickly, and consistently follow up—whether that’s over the phone or eventually in person.
This role is for someone who is hungry, coachable, disciplined, and ready to grow. If you come from a sports background and carry that kind of endurance, competitive mindset, and accountability, that will be a strong fit for this position. We want someone who takes pride in doing the little things right, stays organized, works well remotely, and knows how to keep moving conversations forward.
As a Lead Manager, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for homeowners reaching out to us or responding to our marketing. Your job is to build rapport, understand their situation, qualify the opportunity, and set appointments for our Home Buying Specialist. This is more than just a remote lead management role. For the right person, it is a chance to learn the business, sharpen your sales skills, and grow into a bigger opportunity over time.
Compensation- Expected earnings: $50,000–$60,000 per year
