Overview A leading Japanese manufacturer is currently recruiting a Sales Business Support Coordinator to work in the Netherlands. They are looking for a motivated and organised professional with solid hands-on experience in complex sales processes and CRM systems. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with data, proactively identifying opportunities, and recommending improvements.

Full-time role, initially 1 year contract (potential to become permanent)
WORKING HOURS:
Monday – Friday 8:30 – 17:00 (30 minutes lunch break) 40 hours per week
SALARY: 4,000/month (depending on experience) + Holiday allowance + Fixed expense allowance + Christmas bonus
START:
From April or May (flexible)
LOCATION:
Aalsmeer, Netherlands (Hybrid)
Responsibilities Support Sales Directors with daily administrative and organisational tasks like preparing sales documentation, quotations, order forms, and internal approval requests
Coordinate internal workflows related to sales processes, from lead follow-up to order handover
Conduct initial qualification of leads and coordinate follow-ups with sales representatives
Arrange product demonstrations, sample requests, and appointments for Sales teams
Support the organisation of customer visits, events, and exhibitions
Maintain and update CRM data with accuracy and consistency
Track customer activity, pipeline status, and follow-up actions
Ensure CRM data quality to support sales planning and forecasting
Contribute to improving customer touchpoints by ensuring timely communication and smooth processes
Support initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and long-term relationships
Assist with internal presentation materials, reports, and planning documents
Manage scheduling, meeting preparation, and document organisation
Ideal Candidate Experience in sales administration for complex capital equipment or high-value technical products
Proficiency with IT tools such as Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Sales force)
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
Proactive mindset with the ability to identify follow-ups and suggest improvements
Experience in environments handling high-volume or consumable products
Business standard English, both spoken and written
