Remote Telesales Executive (Business Development)
Are you a high-energy communicator who thrives on closing deals? We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Telesales Executive to join our business development team. This is a 100% remote, performance-heavy role designed for a "hunter" who enjoys the challenge of cold calling and the rewards of hitting ambitious targets.

Core Responsibilities- High-Volume Prospecting:
Execute outbound cold calls to business owners and key decision-makers (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Mon–Fri). - Lead
Qualification:
Effectively pitch our value proposition, qualify prospects, and identify high-potential leads. - Pipeline Management:
Secure and schedule successful interviews or appointments for the senior sales team. - Documentation:
Request and collect necessary business documents from prospects to move them through the funnel. - Multi-Channel Outreach:
Manage and send targeted broadcast emails during assigned time slots to maximize reach. - Data Integrity:
Maintain accurate, real-time records of call outcomes and lead status in our tracking system.
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Standard Business Hours).
Environment:
Fully Remote / Work-From-Home.

You are highly organized and can stay focused and productive in a remote environment without constant supervision. - Proven Track Record:
At least 1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a high-volume call center environment is required. - Monthly Basic Salary: $500 – $700 (Base).
