Position: Remote Account Acquisition Specialist / Sales Executive – Web, Software & Tech Services

Location: Boston, MA (Remote – USA, UK, Canada)

Compensation: 100% Commission until $500k in deals, then monthly salary + ongoing commissions

We are looking for a results-driven remote sales professional to join our team. This role is commission-based initially
, with a clear path to a guaranteed monthly salary once performance milestones are met.

Your Role

As a Remote Account Acquisition Specialist, your primary goal will be to bring in new clients
, helping businesses transform their digital presence. You will:

  • Identify and approach potential clients via email, calls, Linked In, or in-person visits (where feasible).
  • Generate new business deals for web development, software, and digital services.
  • Build strong relationships to secure repeat business and long-term clients.
  • Track and report your sales activity, leads, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure smooth client onboarding and project delivery.
Compensation & Commission
  • Initial Phase: 100% commission-based until you bring in a total of $500,000 in confirmed deals
    .
  • Commission Rate:
    15% per deal
    .
  • Transition to Salary: After reaching $500k, you will move to a fixed monthly salary
    , based on your client portfolio and expected ongoing retainers. Commissions will continue on all new deals
    , creating long-term earning potential.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in tech or software services.
  • Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work remotely.
  • Based in the USA, UK, or Canada
    .
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
