They’re looking for a Strategic Business Development Manager to help drive growth within their professional haircare product portfolio
, specifically focused on expanding their bleach powder product line.

This is an excellent opportunity for a true hunter who enjoys building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and closing strategic B2B deals in the beauty or personal care industry.

• Developing new business opportunities with beauty and personal care brands
• Building a strong pipeline of high-value accounts
• Managing the full sales cycle from outreach to contract negotiation
• Creating strategic account plans for key clients
• Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
• Partnering with internal teams to deliver successful client solutions

• ✔ Experience selling into the beauty, cosmetics, haircare, or personal care industry
• ✔ Strong hunter mentality and ability to open new accounts
• ✔ Experience managing B2B sales pipelines and CRM systems
• ✔ Ability to travel up to 50% for client meetings and industry events
