What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop targeted customer campaigns to increase sales of Masoneilan MRO Aftermarket products
  • Conduct in-depth assessments of industry segments and develop customer value propositions
  • Manage complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and Channel Partners to drive Aftermarket MRO growth
  • Conduct training and awareness sessions around Masoneilan products for customers and partners
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s Degree or 10+ years of related technical solutions experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in application engineering, industrial sales, or customer service with Masoneilan products
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global‑matrix environment
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with an inclusive working style
  • Availability to travel for business up to 50% of the time

  • Experience with Masoneilan products and technical sales
  • Proven track record of winning business in a competitive environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
