Owns:
Revenue, Closing, Pipeline Conversion

Winfinite Consulting helps professionals transition into cybersecurity careers and supports organizations with security and compliance initiatives.

We generate qualified inbound leads through structured marketing systems. We now need a strong closer who can convert opportunities into revenue.

Primary Objective

Own lead conversion and revenue growth by managing inbound leads, conducting sales calls, and closing high value training and consulting offers.

You are responsible for revenue generation, not just follow up.

Core Responsibilities
Sales & Closing
  • Conduct structured discovery and strategy calls

  • Present offers with clarity and authority

  • Handle objections confidently

  • Close high ticket training and consulting programs

  • Follow up consistently via CRM, email, and Whats App

Pipeline Management
  • Own Zoho CRM sales pipeline

  • Track lead progression and conversion rates

  • Maintain accurate forecasting

  • Identify and remove conversion bottlenecks

Funnel Conversion Optimization
  • Improve booked call to close rate

  • Improve show up rate

  • Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality

  • Refine scripts and sales messaging

Performance Metrics

You will be measured on:

  • Monthly revenue targets

  • Close rate

  • Booked call to sale conversion rate

  • Follow up consistency

  • Revenue growth

Requirements Required Experience
  • 2 to 4 years in high ticket remote sales

  • Experience selling coaching, education, consulting, or B2B services preferred

  • Proven track record of meeting revenue targets

  • Strong objection handling skills

  • Experience using CRM systems

Proof of sales performance required.

Benefits
  • Monthly Salary range between N200,000 to N25,000

Requirements

Required Qualifications 3 to 5 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing Proven experience improving funnel conversion rates Strong copywriting skills for landing pages, email campaigns, and webinar funnels Hands on experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, Mailchimp, Sales IQ and marketing automation Experience managing paid ads campaigns and optimizing performance Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data Ability to work independently and take ownership in a remote environment Strong time management and prioritization skills Nice to Have Experience working with consulting, coaching, or training businesses Experience optimizing webinar funnels Experience supporting digital course launches or cohort enrollments
