Landscape Sales & Estimator – ($70k - $90k OTE)

Charlotte, NC (Work-from-home flexibility)
We’re looking for someone who loves the technical side of landscaping and enjoys working directly with clients. One moment you might be reviewing specs with a commercial property manager, and the next you’re guiding a homeowner through a patio design. You’ll price projects accurately, present clear proposals, and help clients understand why our team is the right choice. A customer‑first mindset and strong attention to detail are essential.

- Meet with clients to understand their vision, educate them on possibilities, and close deals.
- You’ll be responsible for a proactive follow-up cadence that ensures no lead goes cold and every client feels like a priority.
- Perform detailed site take-offs and calculate labor, materials, and equipment costs for full-scale installs.
- While we provide a steady flow of inbound leads, you aren't afraid to go find the next great client. Whether it’s networking with local builders, visiting job sites, or connecting with HOA boards, you are always looking for opportunities to grow the brand!
- You don’t need a decade of experience, but you do need to know your stuff. We care about what you know, not how long you've been doing it. You have a background in landscape installation and can accurately estimate labor and materials.
- You’re an approachable, high-energy advocate who leads with empathy. You prioritize the team’s success and leave every client with a smile.
- You do not need to be micromanaged and naturally stay organized.
- Comfortable using estimating software, CRM tools, and know how to read a design plan. Extra points if you have experience with LMN.
- You're a proactive closer who finds opportunity in every landscape. As a natural brand advocate, you turn potential leads into loyal clients.

Competitive base salary + [Uncapped Commission/Bonus structure] + Benefits like company vehicle, PTO, etc. - Hybrid split between the office, your home, and the most beautiful properties in Charlotte.
$50,000 base + uncapped commission ($70,000 - $90,000 expected OTE)
