This is a full-time hybrid role for an Outside Sales Representative based in Lake Forest, IL, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The role involves driving sales growth through delivering impactful sales presentations, building and nurturing customer relationships, and identifying potential business opportunities. Key responsibilities include meeting sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and working collaboratively with the team to expand the company’s client base.

• Strong skills in Sales Presentations and New Business Development to effectively communicate value and secure new clients
• Proven experience in fostering strong Relationship Building and Customer Service to ensure long-term client satisfaction
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly convey ideas and connect with clients
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
• Familiarity with commercial and residential painting services is beneficial
• Previous sales experience, preferably in the services industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
