- Identify and qualify new business opportunities with specialty practices, hospitals, and integrated delivery networks
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including physicians and C-suite executives
- Present tailored solutions that demonstrate the benefits and ROI of Intrafusion services
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts using CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in business development or sales within the healthcare industry
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel extensively within the East Region as required
- 5-7 years of successful business development or sales experience specifically in specialty drug, RCM, or infusion services
- Strong understanding of the specialty drug landscape and healthcare reimbursement models
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strategic thinker capable of identifying and pursuing complex sales opportunities
