Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Generate new sales opportunities across the US through outbound tactics such as email, Linked In, and cold calling
  • Identify, target, and nurture potential outbound opportunities
  • Communicate prospects' needs clearly to the sales representatives
  • Articulate the employer's value proposition and products based on prospects' specific needs
  • Maintain accurate and detailed notes in the CRM system
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 6-12 months of experience in B2B tech sales as an SDR/BDR
  • Proven experience in cold calling and outbound sales
  • High proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and provide feedback for process improvements
  • High energy and a willingness to learn
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • 1+ years of B2B SaaS experience
  • Domain knowledge in cybersecurity or supply chain information risk
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Hubspot, Outreach.io, or similar
  • Experience with tools like Lusha, Zoominfo, and Sales Navigator
