What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for infusion services within the East Region
  • Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities with specialty practices and healthcare systems
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including physicians and executives
  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to tailor solutions that meet client requirements
  • Negotiate and close complex sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in business development or sales within the healthcare industry
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel extensively within the East Region as required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • 5-7 years of successful business development or sales experience specifically in specialty drug, RCM, or infusion services
  • Strong understanding of the specialty drug landscape and healthcare reimbursement models
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
