Remote Sales Coach Job Duties :
Quickly become an expert in our programs and health philosophy so you can assist our customers with product questions and direction.
Make outbound sales calls to our existing customers
Calling our brand-new customers within minutes of their online purchase to welcome them to our brand and offer new products
Assist customers when their card has been declined.
Create, maintain and update our database with customer information, notes and contact information.
Create a strong relationship with customers so future follow-ups results in goal setting and product sales.
Answering and following up to customer emails and product questions.
