Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development/Outside Sales professional based in Rochester, NY, with some work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include identifying and generating new business leads, conducting market research, building client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves promoting Oxford Capital’s mortgage services, effectively communicating solutions to clients, and meeting individual and team sales goals.
Qualifications- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to utilize data for decision-making

- Expertise in Lead Generation and identifying new business opportunities
- Proficiency in Market Research to understand trends and develop sales strategies
