This is a part-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, based in Kennewick, WA, with opportunities for flexible work-from-home arrangements. The role involves developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to promote services, engaging with potential and existing clients, and providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, conducting training sessions for team members, and effectively communicating the value of the company’s services to customers and partners.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and build relationships.
• Proficient in Sales and Sales Management, including experience managing sales pipelines and achieving targets.
• Ability to conduct Training to support team development and enhance performance.
• Self‑motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Experience in the home inspection or real estate industry would be an asset.
