What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Drive Pro sales for assigned and prospective customer portfolios through market research and lead generation
  • Conduct virtual customer visits to identify product needs and facilitate order fulfillment
  • Prospect for new customers via phone and email, serving as the initial contact point to generate interest
  • Manage sales processes through tracking orders, issue resolution, and customer support
  • Document all customer interactions and information in Salesforce to ensure effective follow-up
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High school diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement
  • Experience in Inside or Outside Sales within B2B sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
  • Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing customer information
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Previous experience in a sales role focused on Pro customers or similar markets
  • Familiarity with home improvement products and services
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals and targets
  • Experience in conducting virtual sales presentations and meetings
  • Knowledge of consultative selling strategies to address customer needs
