Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Generate new sales opportunities across the US using outbound tactics such as email sequences, Linked In, and cold calling
  • Identify, target, and nurture potential outbound opportunities
  • Communicate the needs of prospects clearly to the sales representatives
  • Articulate UpGuard’s value proposition and products based on the prospects’ specific problems
  • Maintain accurate and detailed notes in the CRM while collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 6-12 months of experience in B2B tech sales as an SDR/BDR
  • Experience with cold calling and outbound sales
  • High level of proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken
  • Ability to give and receive feedback for process improvements
  • High energy and willingness to learn
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • 1+ year of B2B SaaS experience
  • Domain experience in cybersecurity or supply chain information risk
  • Experience with Hubspot, Outreach.io, or other CRM software/Sales Engagement tools
  • Familiarity with tools such as Lusha, Zoominfo, and Sales Navigator
