• Own and deliver quarterly and annual services revenue and gross profit targets
• Increase attach rates of services to hardware, software, cloud, and AI transactions
• Partner with field sales leaders to integrate services into major go-to-market motions
• Equip sales teams with repeatable services sales plays and coaching
• Maintain weekly visibility into services pipeline health and performance metrics

• 10+ years of IT services sales experience required, specifically in Professional Services or Managed Services
• Proven success in selling services through a channel or distribution model
• Demonstrated ability to meet quota and margin targets consistently
• Experience in driving services attachment to technology transactions
• Strong executive presence and credibility in the field

• Experience leading in fast-moving and evolving environments
• Proven track record of building pipeline and closing complex, solution-oriented opportunities
• Familiarity with Hybrid Cloud, AI, and Security solutions
