What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Own and deliver quarterly and annual services revenue and gross profit targets
  • Increase attach rates of services to hardware, software, cloud, and AI transactions
  • Partner with field sales leaders to embed services into all major go-to-market motions
  • Equip account executives and sales leaders with repeatable services sales strategies
  • Establish clear services KPIs by segment and region
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 10+ years of IT services sales experience required, specifically in Professional Services, Managed Services, or solution-led services
  • Proven success in selling services through a channel or distribution model
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting quota and margin targets
  • Experience driving services attachment to technology transactions
  • Strong executive presence and credibility in the field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience leading in fast-moving, evolving environments
  • Proven ability to develop joint services growth plans with key supplier partners
  • Expertise in positioning services as a competitive differentiator within the channel
  • Experience in improving time-to-quote, pricing consistency, and delivery confidence
  • Ability to identify underperforming segments and execute corrective action plans
