• Own and deliver quarterly and annual services revenue and gross profit targets
• Increase attach rates of services to hardware, software, cloud, and AI transactions
• Partner with field sales leaders to embed services into major go-to-market motions
• Equip sales teams with repeatable services sales plays and coaching
• Establish clear services KPIs and maintain visibility into services pipeline health

• 10+ years of IT services sales experience in Professional Services or Managed Services
• Demonstrated success selling services through a channel or distribution model
• Proven track record of delivering quota and margin targets
• Experience driving services attachment to technology transactions
• Strong executive presence and credibility in the field

• Experience leading in fast-moving and evolving environments
• History of building pipeline and closing complex, solution-oriented opportunities
