• Convert qualified inbound leads and answer incoming sales calls
• Advise customers on the best connectivity solutions based on their location and needs
• Explain Starlink, Wi‑Fi networking, and installation options in simple terms
• Manage customer interactions within a CRM and follow up with warm inquiries
• Book installations accurately while maintaining professional communication standards

• Experience in telecom, broadband, networking, ISP, or technical sales preferred
• Confidence in closing sales over the phone
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms to non-technical customers
• Comfortable working in a commission-based sales environment
• Must be located in the United States

• Experience using a CRM and managing follow-ups
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
