What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Oversee market success of Moveworks products within the Service Now platform
  • Support territory strategy and planning to enhance vertical agreement and account use case targeting
  • Collaborate with account teams to help customers envision the value of digital transformation
  • Coach account executives and sales representatives on specialty solution opportunities and sales cycle management
  • Customize responsibilities according to the needs of the territory and celebrate team successes
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 7+ years of experience in sales or customer service, with knowledge of return on investment for specialty solutions
  • Proven experience in leveraging AI tools for work processes and decision-making
  • Understanding of business sales processes and customer engagement
  • Ability to travel 30-50% as required by the role
  • Strong critical thinking skills related to AI integration and impact on industry
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role within the technology sector
  • Familiarity with the Service Now platform and its capabilities
  • Proven track record of successful sales strategies in a technology environment
  • Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with clients and partners
