• Engage potential customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and SMS
• Educate customers on the employer's products and processes
• Identify individual customer needs and position suitable solutions
• Manage a pipeline of customers through the application and purchasing process
• Act as a feedback loop for Product and Engineering teams to refine the Annuity platform

• Active Life and Health Insurance License
• Completion of state-required Annuity Suitability training/certifications
• 2-3 years of experience in annuity telesales
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce or equivalent sales/CRM software
• Excellent communication skills, including a strong phone presence

• Experience in Fixed, Fixed-Index, or MYGA annuities
• Strong sales track record with exceptional sales techniques
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Quick learner comfortable adapting to changes
