• Convert qualified inbound leads and respond to incoming sales calls regarding connectivity solutions
• Advise customers on Starlink satellite internet and Wi‑Fi networking options in an easily understandable manner
• Book installations accurately and manage customer interactions using the company's CRM system
• Follow up with warm inquiries to maximize sales conversions
• Maintain professional communication standards while working independently

• Experience in telecom, broadband, networking, ISP, or technical sales preferred
• Confident in closing sales over the phone
• Ability to explain technical concepts like Starlink and connectivity solutions in simple terms
• Comfortable working in a commission-based environment
• Experience using a CRM and managing follow-ups

• Proven track record of high sales performance in a similar role
