Now we are growing our footprint in the United States and looking for an Account Manager who enjoys working with strategic customers, building long‑term relationships, and turning complex data into real‑world value.

📍 The role is based in Houston, Texas, USA or Toronto, Canada.

Main responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of onshore oil & gas clients in the US, ensuring they maximize the value of our solutions.
  • Manage and expand a portfolio of B2B accounts within the onshore oil & gas segment.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client operations and translate their needs into tailored weather and data-driven solutions.
  • Drive renewals, identify upsell opportunities, and build long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with technical, product, and meteorology teams to deliver high-quality service and customer outcomes.
  • Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and proactively identify new business opportunities.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and virtual sessions.

Core requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or B2B sales.
  • Experience working with onshore oil & gas operators, service companies, or related energy markets.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build trust across different roles and seniority levels.
  • Comfortable working with data-driven solutions, digital platforms, or SaaS products.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage in our international environment.
  • Proactive, curious, and well‑organized, with a hands‑on approach to solving client challenges.
