Director, Services Sales – North America

• Own and deliver quarterly and annual services revenue and gross profit targets
• Increase attach rates of services to hardware, software, cloud, and AI transactions
• Partner with field sales leaders to integrate services into go-to-market strategies
• Equip account executives and sales leaders with effective services sales plays
• Maintain weekly visibility into services pipeline health and perform win/loss analysis

• 10+ years of IT services sales experience required
• Proven success in selling services through a channel or distribution model
• Demonstrated track record of achieving quota and margin targets
• Experience in driving service attachments to technology transactions
• Strong executive presence and credibility in the field

• Experience leading in fast‑moving, evolving environments
• Expertise in Professional Services and Managed Services sectors
• Ability to develop joint services growth plans with supplier partners
• Familiarity with Hybrid Cloud, AI, and Security solutions
• Proven coaching skills for sales teams on services‑led engagements
