We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Director of Commercial Sales to join a growing Commercial Banking Product Sales team. This role is focused on increasing revenue from existing clients and new markets in the Treasury Management, Commercial Banking, and Small Business space.
- Increase revenue from existing clients and new markets by identifying incremental opportunities to leverage data, software, and advisory solutions
- Support all phases of the business development process, including prospecting, pipeline management, and working through proposals and contracts
- Partner with the Sales and Delivery teams to plan, prepare, and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles
- 10+ years of experience in commercial banking and/or with distribution solutions or advisory firms
- Demonstrated commercial banking subject‑matter expertise, including hands‑on experience with commercial banking solutions, products, and pricing structures
- Must be willing to hunt for net new business at an enterprise level while maintaining a book of business and excellent relationships with clients
This is a remote field‑based sales opportunity for an organization with hubs in Chicago, New York and Boston. Expected national travel for events and client meetings 25‑30%.
CompensationBase Salary: $150,000 - $175,000
Total Compensation: $300,000 - $350,000
