Logistics Account Executive

Job Type: Full‑time;
Remote

Responsibilities
  • Close new clients for international freight forwarding and customs brokerage services.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
  • Educate prospects on the company’s capabilities, with a focus on compliance, reliability, and global reach.
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams to cross‑sell trade consulting and domestic brokerage services, ensuring smooth lead handoff.
  • Maintain detailed records of prospecting activity and lead status in CRM.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, seminars, and networking events as needed.
  • Stay current on international trade regulations, logistics trends, and compliance best practices.
Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record in B2B freight forwarding and customs brokerage sales.
  • Deep understanding of global trade, transportation modes, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Hunter mentality with a passion for building new relationships and closing deals.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools. Salesforce experience is a plus.
