Job Summary

Drive regional sales growth by promoting new technical products and identifying market opportunities across multiple industrial sectors.

• Promote new products across assigned market sectors.
• Conduct market surveys to identify customer needs and emerging opportunities.
• Engage customers and partners to present products and drive sales performance.
• Identify new applications and potential business opportunities.
• Support customers in technical and commercial discussions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with market requirements.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the Industrial Head of Department.

• Diploma/Degree in Sales, Business, Engineering or related fields.
• 5–8 years of experience in sales or business development of technical or OEM products.
• Experience in generator power or industrial chillers is an added advantage.
• Able to work independently with strong goal orientation.
• Strong business acumen and commercial mindset.
• Willing to travel across Asia Pacific and Southeast Asia.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused and enthusiastic about spare parts or power generation products.
• Exposure to Power Generation, Agriculture, Marine, or Industrial sectors.
• Strong strategic thinking and time management abilities.
