Position Description

Sales and Marketing Associate

Reporting to

Business Development Manager

Location

Mansfield, TX. 2 Days/week in office, 3 days work from home

Position Summary
  • The Sales and Marketing Associate is responsible for supporting the sales team and marketing initiatives, which include creating promotional materials and managing Sentrimax’s brand.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a consistent corporate image throughout product lines, marketing materials and events
  • Create and manage marketing materials including brochures, product/service offerings, social media and website content
  • Analyze sales and marketing data to evaluate effectiveness of social media campaigns, SEO / website metrics, while identifying areas for improvement
  • Support marketing event planning and logistics coordination, i.e., trade shows and promotional events
  • Collaborate with sales team and external vendors to ensure immediate and long-term marketing objectives are met
  • Update and track customer and sales activities, communications and performance metrics using our CRM software (Apollo.io, ERP) to ensure proper data hygiene
  • Be the primary person for lead intake and routing (inbound phone calls / emails from customers), and assist sales team in outbound email campaigns, preparing / editing proposals and sales communications
Skills and Qualifications
  • Sales and marketing performance analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Solid sales and customer service professionalism in all communications
  • Strong, tech-savvy ability to navigate CRM and sales tools, social media, as well as develop marketing collateral and strategic marketing plans
  • Be self-motivated, energetic and contribute to the success of the team
  • Ability to work through ad hoc or admin tasks with ease and efficiency, as required
