Job DescriptionThe Territory Manager will oversee all accounts within their sales territory and be focused on account growth and new business acquisition for products and engineering/manufacturing services.
- This is a high-impact, customer-facing role that combines business development, technical consultative selling, and long-term account growth.
- The Territory Manager will spend the majority of time (75%) in the field with consistent daily travel and frequent onsite engagement.
- The Territory Manager must have a strong value/solution selling approach for engineered or technical solutions, focusing on reliability, performance, safety, and lifecycle value (not selling on price). The role requires the ability to engage technical buyers, including engineers, operations, and maintenance stakeholders.

Our client is a market leader in system components and expertise, operating as an independently owned distribution center for a world-class manufacturer. Requirements- 5-10 years of technical/industrial B2B sales experience.
- Proven success in account management and business development, ideally selling both products and engineering services.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
This is a remote field-based sales opportunity covering the Boston, MA area. Expected travel to meet with clients on-site 75-80% throughout the Downtown Boston area.
