What You’ll Do

As a Fully Remote
Outbound Sales Associate
, you will ensure that the customers are getting the best value for all their products and services. You will:

• Make outbound calls to existing and past customers for print and digital news services
• Contact customers with overdue balances and set up payment arrangements
• Reach out to previous customers and win them back with new offers
• Keep up to date on offers for print and digital newspaper subscriptions
• Build rapport quickly and overcome objections
• Maintain an upbeat, professional, and customer-focused approach during all interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets.

• Strong communication and persuasive selling skills.
• Previous experience in a call center sales role is an asset but not required
• Previous experience in outbound sales, collections, or retention
• Confidence handling objections and engaging customers over the phone
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace
• Goal-oriented, self‑motivated, and results‑driven

This is a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) role. Applicants must meet the following technical requirements:

• Operating System: Windows 11 Pro (Apple devices and Chromebooks are not compatible)
• Hardware: Minimum of 8 GB RAM and Intel i5 processor
• Internet Speed: Minimum 30 Mbps download / 8 Mbps upload
• Connectivity: Ethernet cable connection to the modem required
• Equipment: Webcam and USB headset required for training and daily communication
