Sales Representative – Software Academy | Remote (UK)

Software Academy is seeking a high-performing Sales Advisor to guide parents through the decision-making process of enrolling their children in accredited digital skills education programs. This full-time, remote role offers from £24,375/year
, uncapped earning potential, and genuine progression opportunities.

The successful candidate will convert warm leads into registrations by confidently handling objections, discussing pricing, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Speak to parents who have booked taster lessons
  • Follow up with clarity and confidence to secure registrations
  • Understand each child’s age, experience, and goals
  • Handle objections naturally and without scripts
  • Close registrations and achieve monthly targets
  • Maintain accurate CRM records
Candidate Requirements
  • Strong closing ability and confidence discussing pricing
  • Calm under pressure with a target-driven mentality
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends when required
  • Full commitment to a 37.5-hour week
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Preferred
  • Previous sales or advisory experience
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
