The OpportunityAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and commercially minded BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER to join a fast growing organisation operating within the UK property sector (Conveyancing).
This is a fully remote role
, offering the flexibility to work from home while building relationships and developing business opportunities within your region.
We are particularly keen to speak with candidates based in or around Chester, Southampton, Liverpool or Newcastle
, where there is strong growth potential and an excellent client base to develop.

The RoleAs BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the property sector.
You will build relationships with estate agency owners, directors and decision makers, understanding their commercial needs and presenting solutions that genuinely support their business growth.
This is a relationship led, consultative sales role
, where your ability to build trust, open doors and convert opportunities will be key to your success.
You will manage the full sales cycle from initial conversation through to closing deals and developing long term partnerships.
Key responsibilities- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the property sector
- Develop strong relationships with estate agency owners and senior decision makers
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing business
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Present solutions confidently and professionally to potential clients
- Build long term partnerships that generate repeat business and referrals
- Represent the business professionally within the property industry
- Achieve and exceed individual revenue targets
We are looking for an ambitious and commercially focused BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER who thrives in a target driven, relationship led environment.
You will be confident speaking with senior decision makers and motivated by the opportunity to build your own client base while earning strong commission.
This role would suit someone with experience within:- Property industry sales
- Prop Tech
- Legal services to estate agents
- B2B account management or business development
- Highly motivated and self driven
- Comfortable working remotely and managing your own diary
- A confident communicator and natural relationship builder
- Commercially minded with strong negotiation skills
- Target driven and motivated by commission based earnings
- Basic salary £32,000
- Fully remote working
- Monday to Friday working pattern
