Own relationships in your assigned market, with emphasis on Knoxville & Tri-Cities - Reactivate Dormant Relationships:
Reconnect with past accounts and buyers to reignite demand - Prospect & Close New Business:
Build pipeline through targeted outreach, discovery, and solution-based selling - Be Present in the Market:
Attend programs, trade shows, client events, and local chamber activities to strengthen connections and represent our brand - Maintain Pipeline Discipline:
Prospect, qualify, set meetings with decision-makers, and keep clean CRM hygiene with weekly activity rhythms

- Commission:
Begins once break-even revenue is met - Year 1 OTE Estimate: $50,000+
