Pay Details
  • Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth + generous commission.
  • Average first year earnings range from $55K–$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission.

Position Availability

This Inbound Remote Sales Representative position is available for candidates based in Arizona. Applicants must reside within this state to be considered.

Job Responsibilities

As an Inbound Sales Representative you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with potential and existing policyholders on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.

Position Details
  • Training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.
  • Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1.
  • No cold calls; all incoming warm leads.
  • Opportunities for rewards and recognition.
  • Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid‑morning start time (example 11 am–8 pm CST). This schedule is expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift.
  • All computer equipment is provided. Must maintain a professional workspace with a dedicated desk and wired high‑speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Satellite and mobile internet are not supported.
  • Must hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license after hire (paid training includes licensing if unlicensed).
Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service work experience required.
  • Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
  • Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
  • Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
  • Property and Casualty License required after hire.
