• Assist customers by reserving storage units that meet their individual needs

• Experience in Sales or Customer Service
• Ability to connect effectively over the phone
• Comfortable using Microsoft Windows applications
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass background and drug screening

• Experience in a call center environment
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Familiarity with storage solutions and customer needs
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Availability to work some weekends
