What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for Intrafusion services within the East Region
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities with specialty practices, hospitals, and integrated delivery networks
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers, including physicians and C‑suite executives
  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand prospective clients' challenges and demonstrate how Intrafusion solutions can address their specific requirements
  • Negotiate and close complex sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the client and the company
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience in business development or sales, specifically in the healthcare industry
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving significant revenue growth
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel extensively within the East Region as required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • 5‑7 years of successful business development or sales experience in specialty drug, RCM, or infusion services
  • Strong understanding of the specialty drug landscape, healthcare reimbursement models, and infusion center operations
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
