• Handle inbound calls for customer inquiries about community training courses and retail products
• Act as a consultant to identify customer training needs and recommend appropriate courses
• Process credit card transactions and manage orders through sales systems
• Document call information accurately in Salesforce and handle customer returns or cancellations
• Achieve targeted revenue goals for training and retail sales

• High school diploma or GED; higher education is a plus
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably within a call center
• Ability to multitask effectively across various systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven consumer sales skills and proficiency with MS Office and

• Experience in product sales is a plus
• Strong influence and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Empathetic listening and strong people skills
