Inside Sales Representative

Location:

(Hybrid) Tucson, Arizona, 3 days on site - 2 days at home Pay Rate: $25.00/hour plus monthly incentives

Mon-Fri, 8 hour shifts

Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support or a related role
• Sales methodology to include proper introduction, discovery, recap, recommendation, closing
• Software acumen, for example, what is the cloud?
• Able to learn multiple internal software programs quickly (i.e. Saleforce, Google Docs, Outlook)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software/Salesforce
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive and customer-oriented approach.

• SaaS or Fin Tech experience a huge plus
• Accounting background a big plus but not mandatory
• Typing at least 50 words per minute
