Introduction
We are seeking a  Sales & Site Account Manager  (m/f/d) for the  Benelux region  to join our Sales & Service organization with immediate effect. The role focuses on driving profitable growth in aftermarket and capital business for  filtration, dewatering, and hydrometallurgy solutions . This position will be in the Netherlands or around the Belgian border in Germany, whatever suits best, we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including remote working options.

What you’ll do

Drive profitable business growth in the Benelux region, focusing on filtration, solid-liquid separation, and related aftermarket and capital solutions.

Identify and develop aftermarket opportunities and uncover capex investment potential in collaboration with the capital sales team.

Act as primary site interface, building strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and ensuring internal alignment.

Lead site account planning, including strategy, budgeting, activity plans, and sales roadmaps.

Understand customer operations, business drivers, and decision processes to clearly position Metso’s value proposition.

Coordinate cross-functional teams and internal resources to ensure effective customer engagement and delivery.

Drive continuous improvement through customer feedback, satisfaction surveys, and performance monitoring.

Maintain accurate CRM and installed base data, ensuring structured reporting and opportunity tracking.

Who you are

Proven experience in technical sales, key account management, or site account management within industrial or process-driven environments.

Strong commercial acumen with a clear track record in aftermarket sales and capex opportunity development.

Ability to operate effectively in complex, cross-functional and cross-border stakeholder environments.

Structured, self-driven, and accountable working style with strong planning and execution discipline.

Willingness to travel extensively within the Benelux region (approx. 50–70%).

Fluency in English and Dutch;
German is an advantage.
