Role DefinitionThe Independent Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for promoting and selling Ballancer®Pro systems, high‑end, FDA‑cleared compression therapy devices that support lymphatic health, wellness, detoxification, and beauty outcomes. Transactions typically involve high‑value equipment, and success relies on consultative selling, relationship building, and product demonstrations. This is a commission‑focused role with significant upside for self‑motivated sellers.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect new business opportunities and follow up on company‑provided and self‑sourced qualified leads.
- Grow and maintain strong customer relationships, focusing on sales growth within your market.
- Conduct compelling virtual and in‑person presentations and product demonstrations.
- Clearly articulate the features, benefits, and ROI of Ballancer Pro systems to decision‑makers.
- Work independently to exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts in CRM tools.
- Participate in relevant industry trade shows and conventions to increase product visibility and generate qualified leads.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and opportunities within the aesthetics and wellness sectors.
- Support customer onboarding and ensure a seamless transition from prospect to client.
- Commission‑based earning potential with uncapped upside.

RequirementsExperience
- Proven sales experience (preferably B2B or capital equipment/high‑value solutions).
- Strong communicator with exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
- Familiarity with the aesthetics, wellness, or medical spa market strongly preferred.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and target‑driven.
- Excellent relationship building and client engagement skills.
- Comfortable with virtual selling and demonstrations.
- Organized with strong CRM discipline.
- Ability to adapt sales approach based on client needs and market trends.
