What You Will Learn

The Kiehl’s Account Manager assumes accountability for the Kiehl’s brand within Dillard’s, responsible for sales results across the assigned market. They will deliver sales targets while focusing on people development, product presentation, and the Kiehl’s customer experience.

The Kiehl’s Account Manager will lead and motivate a team of Business Managers and Kiehl’s Customer Representatives (KCRs) within their market, to oversee development and execution of short and long-term sales plans in support of the overall business strategy. This includes ongoing training and development of store teams, product and brand presentations, and successful execution of events and marketing directives while complying with company policies and procedures.

Approximately 90% of time will be spent in store, interacting directly with counter staff and store teams to ensure sales goals are met, educational best practices are demonstrated, merchandising is set to standard and events are properly supported.

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales for all Dillard's stores in the assigned market
  • Recruit, train and develop top talent and create a succession plan
  • Execute marketing calendars for all corporate-driven events, promotions, and new door openings
  • Interpret merchandising directives to maximize space, sales, and brand expression
  • Actively participate in weekly webinars to share ideas on growing business and executing events
  • Regularly execute in-store and virtual trainings to increase cross-sell and brand awareness
  • Manage assigned budget for travel and work-related expenses
  • Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders in the business
Required Qualifications

What We Are Looking For:

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, resourceful, creative thinker with ability to prioritize
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset; able to translate sales reports for opportunities
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple business partners effectively
  • Excellent presentation skills;
    Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook)
  • Ability to perform duties independently and travel up to 80% of the time, including weekends
  • Awareness of luxury beauty market and competition
  • 3+ years of successful sales management experience in the beauty industry
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Valid Driver’s License
