- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales within the Class 8 commercial vehicle industry
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of the commercial vehicle aftermarket
- Proven track record of sales success and business development in a competitive environment
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively across the region and North America
- Self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment with minimal supervision
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in a customer-driven environment with a focus on relationship building
- Familiarity with market trends and competitor activity in the commercial vehicle industry
