Reservations Sales Specialist

We are seeking a Reservations Sales Specialist for our Central Reservations Team.

Please note:
The schedule for this role will be: 9:00am/10am to 5:30pm/6:30pm PST and will include weekend shifts.

Join our energetic and fun team representing our collection of luxury hotels around the country.

• Answer in-bound sales calls for luxury brand hotels and resorts across the U.S.
• Respond to inquiries ensuring all guest needs are identified and options are proactively suggested
• Ensure reservation and guest details are correctly entered into Property Management Systems
• Promote seasonal packages and current promotions to our guests
• Complete other administrative duties for the Reservations Department

• Previous reservations sales experience is preferred
• Previous luxury hotel experience or customer service experience is preferred.
• Sales focused with an ability to genuinely connect with customers.
• Desire to learn and grown within the hotel and/or tourism industry.
• Possess a friendly, energized and outgoing personality
• Ability to work independently within a fast paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to multi-task
• Must be very detailed oriented and have a professional demeanor
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality

• Starting at $17.82 per hour + Opportunity for monthly incentive based on reservations completed.
